Library Outreach

CCPL’s Bookmobile and Outreach Services allow the library to reach Cecil County residents directly in the communities and neighborhoods where they live, work, and play. Whether attending an information fair, providing books to children in their neighborhoods, or delivering books to Homebound Seniors, CCPL’s Outreach team connects the community to critical library resources. Please review the services offered below and use the form to request Outreach visits from CCPL.

For questions, contact outreach@cecilcountylibrary.org.

Community Bookmobile Visits

The CCPL Bookmobile is your library on wheels, complete with internet access, a wheelchair lift, and friendly staff to help you choose your next great read, with no library card required! The Bookmobile visits neighborhoods, after school programs, early childhood partners, community agencies, and others on a set schedule.

To express interest in regular Bookmobile visits for your community or organization, complete the outreach request form at the top of the page. Bookmobile stop openings fill quickly. If the schedule is currently full, your organization will be added to our waiting list.
