Based on the book by Tom “Big Al” Schreiter, The Four Color Personalities introduces an over-simplified, easy to understand method of identifying and relating to both our personality types and those we interact with. Super effective in both business and personal situations, we’ll dive into the four types, complete with characters we can relate to as we associate with them. Then we’ll learn some of the language of the “others” we deal with and how to better interact with them.
You’ll leave with tools to establish Win/Win communications!
