Prisoners of Congress: Philadelphia’s Quakers in Exile, 1777-1778, the untold story of the men who became amongst the nation’s first political prisoners as the Quakers and the Patriots clashed in the new founded state of Pennsylvania. Author Norman E. Donoghue II will talk about his research and ties to the Quakers that culminated into his book.
